Welcome to TCOL's personal care service, where we provide compassionate assistance for your loved ones. Our dedicated team is here to support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, eating, mobility, and medication reminders.

We understand the challenges faced by individuals dealing with illnesses and cognitive decline, and we're committed to helping them maintain their independence dignity and care. 

Our caregivers remind our clients to take their medication.  By employing the "Five Rights" approach, we guarantee that the right patient receives the correct medication at the appropriate time and in the proper manner.  Additionally, we provide comprehensive information regarding safe storage practices, all aimed at supporting your adherence to prescribed health regimens. 

We actively assess compliance and make adjustments to medication plans as necessary.  Our team maintains regular communication with the delegated nurses, to ensure that treatment plans are aligned, prescriptions are reconciled, and any changes are implemented promptly.  

We do not provide our own transportation vehicles; however, our clients can authorize our caregivers to drive the client's vehicle to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and essential errands as needed.  As long as the client's insurance covers our caregivers.  This ensures comfort for both the client, the caregivers, and the agency.
